The great thing about WMCT being a “springboard” station is that more often than not, we have positions to fill!  In the past three years Marlborough This Week has had 5 anchors move on to jobs with network affiliates!  WMCT also has a great reputation of hiring from within.  There is a history of former interns and volunteers that have put in the time and been around when a freelance position opens up.  From there, the freelancers are always considered to be in the mix for a full time position, when they open up!
